Well tonight I came home, cooked a pound of gnocchi and broke me off a piece of my frozen pesto. Within ten minutes I had this on the dinner table
I'm all about an easy dinner! By the way, I am working on a new recipe index so you can sort through my recipes without having to search my whole blog!

Gnocchi's not hard to make from scratch either if you ever have a few extra minutes. It really doesn't take that long.
Do you have a recipe for the gnocchi you made?
Jen, I just picked up a box of gnocchi. It is in the pasta aisle of the grocery store. Its not as good as homemade gnocchi, but when you're in a crunch it is fantastic. I have an amazing homemade gnocchi recipe, but it is time consuming...you're looking at at least an hour. If interested, I will post it or email you. Victoria, if you have a recipe for a quick gnocchi send it my way. I'm up for trying something new
